About Phil Munsey
Phil Munsey has been in full time ministry since 1976. Phil has always been an encourager, and that gift has made him an influencer among influencers. After founding and pastoring a thriving church in Orange County, California with his wife Jeannie for 29 years, their mandate now is to pastor – pastors and shepherd – shepherds.
Phil is chairman of Champions Network (with 500 + churches), a ministry of Joel Osteen/Lakewood Church. Phil is also committed to helping small churches with big vision.
Phil is married to Jeannie Coffey Munsey since 1978 and resides in South Orange County, California. They have three grown children: Kara and husband Doug Bisel, Phillip II, Andrew and wife Stephanie, along with 5 grandchildren, Declan, Peyton Kate, Colin, Anza, and Dorian.

The very first word of The Lord’s Prayer reveals that though God counts the number of hairs on your head, and indeed cares individually for you and your unique prayers – God counts and cares for every one of the 8 billion people on the earth too!

Often the rigor of life causes us to think that maybe we are living in the mundane and mediocrity of meaninglessness.Does our lives have any significance?Putting one step in front of the other, yet we feel stuck in the routine with no rhyme or reason. Random acts of mindlessness.
But that is NOT true for YOU!
CALMFIDENCE
A friend recently shared with me how they help their 5 year old deal with outburst of emotions and anxiety. To “calm” him down and help him regain control, they’ve taught him to blow bubbles. Bubbles can only be made by calm steady breathing through the wand. Within a few moments, he regains composure, calm, control and a reset of his confidence. I’m calling this, CALMfidence.
